If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Dental Guard or Snore Aid, you may request a refund (excluding shipping and tax) or replacement product within 45 days from the original purchase date. Allow up to 30 days to receive your refund or replacement.

To submit a claim for a refund or replacement, please email the following information to support@splintek.com: Proof of purchase and original purchase date, LOT# on the bottom of your package, reason for return or replacement, your name, address, email, and phone number.

State if you are submitting a claim for a refund, or exchanging your product for one of the following: Snore Aid, ProRx®, Dura-Comfort®, Ultra-Comfort®, Select-Comfort™, or Secure-Comfort®

Or, if you prefer to process your claim by mail, you may mail these items to the following address. You are responsible for return mailing costs: Splintek Inc., Attn: Exchange Processing, 15555 W. 108th St., Lenexa, KS 66219

(If you purchased your SleepRight product from a healthcare provider, please contact them to request a refund or replacement.)

PILLOWS

SleepRight Pillows are non-returnable for a refund because they are a bedding product.

All sales are final; however, you may exchange your pillow for a different size within 30 days from the original purchase date. The pillow must be unused and in its original packaging. You are responsible for the return mailing costs. Splintek Inc. will cover the cost to mail you a replacement pillow. BREATHE AIDS, EAR PLUGS, AND TONGUE CLEANERS

SleepRight Intra-Nasal Breathe Aids, Vapor Inhalers, Sleep Inhalers, Ear Plugs, and Tongue Cleaners are non-returnable for a refund.

All sales are final.
