Splintek Inc. warrants the durability of your dental Dental Guard and Snore Aid. If you grind through your product within the warranty periods listed below, measured from the original purchase date by the original end-user purchaser, Splintek will provide you with one (1) replacement product. This limited warranty does not cover any defects due to misuse, alteration to the product, or negligence. Allow up to 3 weeks to receive your replacement. PILLOWS

5-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

Splintek, Inc. warrants for a period of five (5) years from the original date of purchase by the original end-user purchaser that its SleepRight pillows will be free from manufacturing defects and that the pillow’s memory foam will not degrade such that the pillow will not return to its original shape. This warranty does not cover a normal increase/decrease in softness due to fluctuations in atmospheric temperature, damage due to abnormal usage, or if your pillow gets wet. If a SleepRight pillow is defective and otherwise covered by this warranty, you are entitled to receive one replacement pillow. The warranty is not available for pillows purchased outside the US and Canada, or from unauthorized sellers, and are limited to the original end-user purchaser. Allow up to 3 weeks to receive your replacement.

SleepRight Pillows are non-returnable for a refund because they are a bedding product.

All sales are final; however, you may exchange your pillow for a different size within 30 days from the original purchase date. The pillow must be unused and in its original packaging. You are responsible for the return mailing costs. Splintek Inc. will cover the cost to mail you a replacement pillow. The Limited Warranties are not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers.

Please note that because Splintek Inc. is unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the Limited Warranties described above are not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers. Splintek reserves the right to reject warranty claims from purchasers for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized Internet sites. Splintek reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny warranty requests in its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or if a customer has abused the Limited Warranties. There are no warranties which extend beyond those stated herein. Any implied warranties that may be applicable to the products, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the duration of this warranty. Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. Under no circumstances shall Splintek Inc. be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages based upon breach of this limited warranty, breach of contract or strict liability. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.
