Mr. Brown, as CEO of Splintek, has taken time from his schedule to contact the families of his citizen soldiers during the two week mandatory training time, making sure the family’s needs are met while their solider is away. Mr. Brown personally calls the families to offer his encouragement.  Mr. Brown has stated many times that it’s not just about financial support. He strongly believes that, as a family, it is important to be available when needed. Mr. Brown’s “family first” policies have allowed the military personnel who are still serving, the ability to be combat ready and laser focused, knowing that his or her employer is ready and willing to fill in the gaps at home whenever necessary.
